Avregleringen av Sveriges järnväg ledde till att Statens Järnvägar delades upp i olika företag, SJ AB bildades som har i uppgift att bedriva lönsam persontrafik. Avregleringen har haft en stor påverkan på hur SJ bedriver sin verksamhet idag samt lett till att komplicerade ägarförhållanden har uppstått i Hagalund. Hagalund är SJ?s största depåanläggning för underhåll av fordon.I samråd med SJ?s Division Fordon och Divisionen för Planering och Trafikledning har vi fått i uppdrag att undersöka hur SJ påverkas om de införskaffar en depå i egen regi. Vi har valt att undersöka SJ ur ett värdekedjeperspektiv.

Tre stora handelsblock dominerar idag den svenska dagligvaruhandeln. För många av leverantörerna står samhandeln med dessa kedjor för en stor del av omsättningen. Rådande förutsättningar framkallar en sårbarhet hos leverantörerna, eftersom de oftast är beroende av ett fåtal större kunder. Ogynnsamma marknadsförhållanden har tvingat många svenska kött- och charkföretag att upphöra eller fusionera. För handelns del skapar denna struktur begränsade valmöjligheter.

Då allt fler öppnar ögonen för dagens klimatsituation ökar intresset för förnyelsebar energi. Idag finns det långt utvecklade vindkraftverk med horisontell rotor medan typen med vertikal rotor inte är speciellt utbredd. De flesta vindkraftverken är väldigt stora och ej anpassade för privat bruk. Genom förstudier, idegenereringar och beräkningar har tre nya typer av vertikala vindkraftverk utvecklats för att konkurrera med dagens vindkraftverk för privat bruk..

Samtidigt som vi idag lever i ett allt mer integrerat samhälle kan vi observera att många produktionsprocesser blir mindre integrerade och allt mer fragmenterade. Internationell fragmentering och specialisering är två fenomen som blir att vanligare inom internationell handel och speciellt inom en komplex tillverkningsindustri som bilindustrin. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera vilka effekter som NAFTA har haft på handel och vertikal specialisering i bilindustrin mellan USA och Mexiko. Genom studien har det framkommit att NAFTA har lett till en ökad handel inom bilindustrin mellan Mexiko och USA och att frihandelsområdet även har bidragit till att biltillverkningen i USA och Mexiko blivit mer fragmenterad. Sammantaget konstateras att bilindustrin kan delas upp i många delprocesser, med olika faktorintensiteter.

Bakgrund: Det har skett stora omstruktureringar och förändringar inom den svenska elmarknaden sedan avregleringen och elmarknadsreformen 1996. En omfattande konsolidering har skett inom alla led i värdekedjan, både i form av vertikal och horisontell integration. Medan elhandeln har börjat verka under konkurrens, utgör nätverksamheten ett naturligt och legalt monopol. Marknaden både på elhandels- och nätsidan domineras av tre aktörer, Sydkraft. Vattenfall och Birka Energi, som har expanderat kraftigt både vertikalt och horisontellt och som tillsammans har nästan 50 procent av alla anslutna kunder.

The implementation of integration policy has in recent times been a major problem for the municipal administrations in Swedish municipalities. The concept of integration is considered to be very diffuse, difficult to apply and implement the following decisions. To understand the concept of integration is the first step, followed by understanding its complexity in an organization.In this study, I focus on studying the implementation of integration policies for integration work with Kalmar Municipality as a case study. I am using Lundquist's implementation theory about understanding, able and willing. The survey consists primarily of interviews but also a certain document to get a perspective on how integration policy has gone into integration work with the hypothesis that it is the understanding that weaknesses of the officials in the implementation of integration policies.

Background: Mergers have been increasing during the latter part of the 1990s. In the Nordic region many previously national companies have joined their forces to create a new Nordic company. According to our apprehension, work of integration is commonly considered managed in the main best through the labour market. Since this path is not available to everybody we wanted to find out how work of integration also can be practised in other areas. The purpose of this paper is to, with focus on children and youth, find out and analyze in what way the people working locally in residential areas and in associations, reflects around integration in general and within their own business, plus in what way they pursue local work of integration practically. The method we have used is qualitative, with unstructured, individual interviews. Our seven respondents within local authority, church and sport clubs, have told us about their work from a perspective of integration.

This paper examines, through questionnaire, how young students in upper secondary school in Malmo experience social integration. It also contain what they think should be done in order to improve the integration between youth that are ethnic Swedish and youth that have a foreign background. To understand the subject we started with a review over Swedish integration politic and its influence over Malmo and social integration in the country. We have used such theoretical starting points as identity and ethnicity in relations to the social surroundings, social affinity theory and flexible mindedness, making of groups among youth and factors to promote social integration. Our conclusion is that the experience of social integration between the two groups depends on how you experience yourself.

Social exclusion is a problem in today?s society that we feel public libraries can help resolve since they are based on the idea of equality and openness. The purpose of this essay is to examine how public librarians think and reason about the concept ?integration? as well as what role public libraries can play in immigrants? integration process. With Jose Alberto Diaz? theory on the integration process, and Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local library profile as theoretical framework, we analyzed the responses from two qualitative interviews in small groups of 2-3 librarians from two different public libraries.
